The standard MedStar Maintenance and Support Plan includes free periodic software updates and free new software versions (when issued) as well as training for those upgrades. This is an important and distinct feature of MedStar's Maintenance and Support strategy and plan. MedStar's customers will always have the latest version of the MedStar system. All improvements in technology and features will be incorporated into every customer's system to assure that the MedStar application never becomes outdated. The plan also includes free technical and functional support via telephone, and may include site visits, as required and deemed appropriate by MedStar. MedStar Systems for medical billing and financial services also provide access to maintenance, documented solutions and software updates through e-communications service.
MedStar's basic Maintenance and Support Plan provides customer support during standard business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Please contact your MedStar Systems representative at 954-332-0520, Monday-Friday, EST.
